For everyone asking how they can play Scarlett, this was done as a special show match for PiG Sty Festival along with other cool things you may have seen up on this channel already. Starting on Nov 28 (Nov 27 NA/EU time) we'll be doing a monthly PiGathon featuring at least one showmatch. This first one will have the Outsiders Tournament (think high level GM players who always do cheesiest, funnest plays e.g. Ruff, Meomaika, GrimReaper etc). I'm sure another Holdout Challenge will come up again, likely with another pro player next time!
We gotta get Beasty and Flo involved man. There are so many amazing personalities and talents in the SC community. Pig you are the guy to make it happen. Maybe you can toss Winter a little action. Maybe.

I'm hoping to see a Terran rush a Planetary at the top of their ramp. With upgrades and repair, you might get to ~5 minutes on that alone. If you can sneak a building into dead space, that'll give you another minute or two. It would absolutely be the most Bronze League Strat and would be hilarious even if it doesn't last 10 minutes.
@@corberus3119 Oooooh. Good to know. In that case, I'm sure spamming Planetaries and a few Turrets would get you to about 7 minutes, but yeah that wouldn't work.
Wow, this is great content.! For us non-pro-players, especially metal leagues, most of what pro-players do is black magic. This kinds of games show us why certain things are done, and how effective they are. And how much better pro-players are. Kind of like putting a regular guy in the Olympics for comparison.
I always felt they should have one bog standard fat guy, who perhaps just had a beer or two in the various Olympic games. Just so we have a comparison, just a slightly drunk fat dude sprinting 100m and Usain bolt has finished his shower by the time he reaches the end.
I feel like Terran would have a huge advantage in this. Just bunker/tank the main then float barracks into the corners to force a spire. These are so fun to watch.

OK but in seriousness, has Scarlett actually made any serious $$$ as Toss?? I legit am curious. We all know she was on this whole "Protoss IMBA kick" for awhile, so I feel like games such as these are just what she needs. I couldn't love this series more!

Winrate doesn't fully translate to how difficult a race is. There are race tendencies, skill caps, learning curves etc. It's also difficult to pinpoint which mmr is a good indicator. At lower levels the system always finds good matches so winrate will tend to equal 50%. At really high levels skill variation might be out of proportion with the mmr difference (maxpax vs neeb, serral vs lambo, "just play like maru"). You'd really have to look at high masters low gm to see that protoss 57% winrate. Either way the winrate argument doesn't make sense here. If Scarlet whines about it, maybe she has a point.
