I watched my dad play this when I was a kid. The marines and the fire bats scared me, but I enjoyed seeing them kill hydraliskts and zerglings. I thought my dad was so cool. A few years later I started playing myself. I miss my dad.

I think the reason I enjoy this first track so much is the big Vince diCola vibe it has. Like the composer had been listening to the Transformers (1986) movie soundtrack and drew inspiration from Vince's contributions to it.

Men getting shit done and making futuristic vehicles and gear out of metal, with all the blood and sweat it takes to get the job done. Theres a futuristic, but also, modern/vintage vibe to the terran units, structures, weapons, and music. I really hope Blizzard makes a Starcraft FPS
