Stardew Valley is an open-ended country life RPG. That may sound boring but it is quite the opposite. We have inherited our grandfather's old farm plot in Stardew Valley and it's up to us to make something of ourselves! We'll take on tasks such as farming(of course!), fishing, cooking, exploring, and meeting the other residents of Stardew Valley along the way.
Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life. Can you learn to live off the land and turn these overgrown fields into a thriving home? It won’t be easy. Ever since Joja Corporation came to town, the old ways of life have all but disappeared. The community center, once the town’s most vibrant hub of activity, now lies in shambles. But the valley seems full of opportunity. With a little dedication, you might just be the one to restore Stardew Valley to greatness.

Foxy is super underrated ;-; 1. Her voice is so chill 2. Its simple to understand even tho its kinda hard :D 3. She actually cares about the fact that theres mobile players and console players that cant do the guides very well 4. She understood that the spring guide was hard so she listened and made a easier version D:

This run is great for people that want to do a chill efficient run, instead of speed running. Will employ this when the next update drops and need my stardew fix ;)

Hey Foxy, right at the start you wanted to pick up a daffodil to make the spring seeds but your inventory was full. I think you forgot 2 things :P First, you couldn't make the seeds till the 2nd anyways cause you wont learn the recipe until overnight and the second thing is you could have dumped something on the ground and picked it up to make the seeds which would have opened 3 spots on your bar if it was like the 2nd or something. Then you could have picked up what you tossed out. Just make sure you toss it onto the ground and not in the trash bin.

Parsnips are one of the least profitable, least energy rich things in the game, so I wouldn't recommend planting them beyond the free ones given at the start. Potatoes are more profitable than kale, especially given their potential for mulitple harvests. I would make them into preserves if I could, but even raw they are good profit. But for energy first thing in spring I would like to recommend tulips. They are very overlooked, but have low cost, fast growth, and high energy return. The drawback is how badly they stack, but that might be worthwhile given their other benefits, until other food like salmonberries are available. So you only need enough tulips to last you until spring 14. Any remaining after that make excellent gifts for Evelyn or other NPC's.

My problem with following in your footsteps is I fish worse than you do! :) It's helping me organize my starting priorities though. I tended to spend a lot of walking making friends, when that's not terribly useful early, especially when it cramps my dumpster diving. No friendship to lose if I have none! The fishing until I drop is very useful.

Thank you for this. I play on the Switch & I see many YTbers playing w/mods & made it difficult for me to do things on the console vs a PC. Because its hard to tell what the mods do in the background vs what we see when they record.
