He's so kind to remind don't be scared cause there's not gonna have sudden images or scary music and just focus on the dot, for me who can't take any of scary thing it so amazing, I appreciate it, man, thank you🥺
I think I understand why this works. At first I was convinced that the video was just in full colour and it was just a troll, but as soon as I looked away from the dot, it was suddenly black and white. I was so confused that I went back and checked it without looking and sure enough, it was all in black and white. Pretty impressive.
His videos are really therapeutic. My mind's been messed up recently and everytime I watch his videos I am having fun with the illusions and everything
I don't know what you're getting at, it goes from an inverted image to a black and white one like the illusion's supposed to. How did editing help him?
*_-TeaphlosionPopcorn OwO-_* No it didn’t, probably your eyes or Brain remembered the colors, or maybe because of the light, because he said turn the brightness of
This is because the cones in the back of your eye are being stimulated, once they've become stimulated for quite some time they get fatigued. And because of this the natural light that will enter your eye will stimulate the cones that were not being activated during you staring at the screen due to the other cones' fatigue. So you will see the inverse color once the image is removed. It's similar to if you stare at something red/green/blue for a long time, or say a fluorescent light bulb, and then you look away... you see spots of different colors. You're actually seeing spots of an opposing color, whatever color is not the most dominant stimming from the light bulb. Most light coming from light bulbs is white but it does favor one part of the spectrum more than the other due to the environment or any medium blocking the path from photon to retina. I.e. debris impurities in the air
@@pranjalsrivastava3343 So because it didn't work *for you,* it's now fake for the other millions of people who it did work for, and the science explaining how it works is just out the window? Okay.
For the people who are about to comment and complain it is fake: Here are some things I should explain. 1. You are not supposed to look away from the dot until he says "now." 2. He does not change the color of the video to have color for a moment. If you are not staring at a single point the entire video, and instead moving your eyes all over the place, the video just switches to black and white. No trickery. Those were only two things but they are informative.
so the thing is, the video is in high contrast so if you put your screen in high contrast the video will be normal and if you stare at the dot the black and white image turns high contrast it looks really cool
Muneeb Ahmed its all about the eyes, and how we perceive colour if you can understand what I'm about to say, this is why it happens your eyes have colour sensors, the three types, red, green and blue all take in their representative colours. At the start, the video's colour is inverted, e.g. red = blue, and your eyes take in those colours, over tome, these sensors tire and don't take in the right colours, so when it changes to black and white, the eyes take in the colours that the active sensors take in, which are the colours of the non-affected video your brain thinks that the video is in colour, so it places the colours in the areas it thinks they are
For everyone who says this video is fake, the colors turning black and white isn't the illusion but, if you focus on that dot, the wall behind him will be colored while it's actually black and white.
*Why won't people actually listen to the instructions?* It's really simple because you have to stare at the dot for a very short time and when he changes the color to black and white , you're supposed to see a hint of green and blue.
How this works (NERD ALERT INCOMING): Your eyes have 3 different color channels, Red, Blue, And Green. Basically, when you look at all the inverse colors, Like the lots of blue on the screen, your Blue channel gets tired. For a result, it becomes inoperable for a few seconds. When it changes to black and white, the channels that haven't been used go full blast to substitute for the inoperable one, in this case, the blue, to make it look like there's the opposite color where the blue was. That's why the video was inverted instead of any other color. I hope that makes a tiny bit of sense i'm bad at explaining things ;w;
I put a reverse colour filter on my computer and it had the opposite effect. It was all normal colours at the start but when it went black and white (or white and black), suddenly it all was reverse colours instead.
I still see normal black and white without the effect, I used an inversion that will only invert colors and if it's white it's normal inverted, but if it's other one, the color that were placed will be flipped
For those who are saying this video's fake: No it's not. If followed his instructions thoroughly, you would see green background behind him *just for..say..2 seconds*
@@CornfordYT try skipping ahead to the part where it's black and white. Without even looking at the colors in the part before. You will see that it's fully black and white.
That awkward moment when you didn’t realize seeing a black and white video in color was the point so you watched the whole thing thinking it didn’t work when actually you just have monochromacy

When the man said that there weren’t going to be sudden images or scary noises I just skipped the vid making sure there werent scary noises and sudden images LOLL
