@@SiNKiLLeR_ Argos. Google it. I dunno how prevalent it is internationally but it’s a thing here in the UK. - so from Argos as a supermarket to Argos Extractors. Though supermarket might not be the best word. It’s like something you’d expect as a transition from normal to online shopping. Basically a warehouse but the employees and conveyors grab everything for you that you order on a tablet in-store.

I can see both sides of this argument. However the mod shouldn't be priced at full price from the get go as its a skeleton place holder. However then how do you price it as people getting in early get it cheaper. Hard to call this one. If the end product is amazing then it all can somewhat be redeemed.

Theod also added new difficulty settings related to mining and ores. You can get up too 10 pieces of ores per shot rock. Also you can turn on a setting that lets your ship pul in ores automatically while your mining in the ship 👍🏻

Same goes for the tracker alliance stuff, the terminals that just give you a mission just felt like a placeholder, it is baffling how little thought Bethesda put behind so many elements of this game and it feels still like they rushed it out, remember that Microsoft pushed the release back by a whole year to polish it and bring some more features into the game. I don't even wanna imagine how the game would have been if MS did not do this.

My biggest question with the star sim mod is with all the features they have planned to add am I gonna have to start a new game each update or if they are going to have a way to implement the features into your current playthrough

I will look into mining on a new playthrough though I started a new game a while ago despite being Starborn 7 because I didn't get all the powers nor upgraded them all on each playthrough & regretted it. Presently just enjoying exploring instead of rushing through it....plus loving being a bounty hunter.

I made the same mistake but I cheated and use console commands to get them as doing the temples got to me after a few runs.

@@SiNKiLLeR_ Yeah they do tend to lose their majesty after a bit especially when Vladimir sends you to a star system or planet that you've just been in or near to to get another one, though getting a temple with a terramorph outside always wakes you up early game.

I assume the rarity of the mining run (and subsequent resources collected) directly correlates to the rarity system for all resources... they have little stars in the top right that tell you how rare a resource is... it affects vendor quantity and gathering difficulty...

Yeah I put this and another mod on my watchlist but don't plan to buy them yet. Anything that brags "more features coming soon!" screams "unfinished" to me so I'll wait. From what I saw, everything to do with the stations could have been on a mission board instead, with less risk of conflicting with other content that creates stations, since you can't walk around in their stations (yet?)

Personally, I lost all interest in Starfield. But maybe, just *_MAYBE_* if we had a mod letting me had my own staryard and/or a mod that make bases and base building more fun and less stressing/annoying (I find infuriating having to sell wares made in outposts in normal vendors and even more infuriating having to build bases piece-by-piece thanks to that annoying in-game mass limit) , I could start thinking about return to that game. MAYBE.

@SiNKiLLeR_ I will not support microtransactions for a single plater game I bought. I've been watching this industry and playing vid games for about 49 years. Longer than that if you count pong, lol. I have seen this progress and it's because gamers let em get away with it. A DLC is one thing but selling a game where you already have the DLC planned is a little fucked up to say the least. It's gotten away from making great games to making great money. Buying their MTs just condones it.

@SiNKiLLeR_ Well, there's still hope. No man's sky doesn't do that or CDPR. There are still a few left. Maybe if we support that behavior, yeah? I have seriously thought about going back to aldrin, just to be free of this crap. If I play a ftp, I don't mind spending money once a month to support a game I'm playing. Then it was "buy the game and then pay a subscription" for online MP. Now it's "buy a single player game with crappy or frustrating stuff built into the game and we'll sell ya stuff to make it fun", but young gamers have been conditioned now to accept that business model. Technically, we don't even own some of the games we buy anymore. Did ya see where, I think BMW, had heated seats that you had to pay a monthly subscription fee or they stopped working? Not kidding.

I swear Bethesda gamers are some of the most salty gamers. Why is it bad that modders finally get paid for their work? And do Bethesda hide the free mods? No there's even a free version of a paid one in the creations menu. They know modding is an essential part of their games, so they won't stop the free mods and modding community from making mods Remember: they started the horse armour, and 20 years later they still have the games with the least micro transactions of AAA games... (also microtransactions existed before the horse armor, its just the most famous one)

Well most of us got money to throw away money of games or have the time. Bethsteda is getting lazy with their content they had more content in skyrim and fallout 4. Starfield was a lazy attempt. What's next you gonna pay full price for elder scrolls 6 for 10 hours of content and bunch of crap creations.
