Forget doing this mission the normal way... if you have a balanced boost pack. I think level 4 is needed but not sure if lower rank boost skill works too or not. Before you enter the level, there is a crane you move by pressing a button. When you see that, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE CRANE. Just turn a bit and look for a smooth sloping roof that looks to be white glass? and metal beams. Just go to top of that sloping roof nearby and it is a straight shot from there to the level of the tower the level exit is on. You can run and boost and just get the corner. Easy from there. Just go in the vent at that level and you can get to Ularu's computer without seeing even one guard. Very easy as long as you go in the exit. I have balanced boost pack and level 4 jetpack skill and that was by far the easiest way into the top of the tower
Stealth does not work for this mission unless you get super lucky. The detection meter is bugged. The guards can see through walls somehow. Just run through without killing anyone to the computer and get out of there once you have the files. You will still pass the mission this way
This is important. Unless you modded your spacesuit and helm with gravitic composites they make your stealth much worse. Take them off. You don't need the protection because you should not be fighting anyone.
Got caught between a desk and a guard. She turned, looked directly at me, saw me crouching there and turned and walked away while ranting about the crimson fleet 😂
For those of you having issues with this (like i was) .. I just ran all the way to the end (alerted most of the npcs, but not enough to do any damage to me) and clicked on the computer and it had little to no impact on the outcome.
On ng+ and wasnt about to sneak all slow through the building all over again. Suprisingly i ran through without getting alerted at all. Everytime i went to a different section the guard was either not faced my way or walking away🤣
Does not work in my game sadly. That little squared robot patroling does not leave the place. Neiter are those two guards there leave. No matter how often I reload. There is no way to sneak my way through there.
so i tried to turn the lights out and do the mission but honestly i got caught way more than i did with the lights on, i will now take this moment to brag saying i was able to complete this without alerting a single npc, without my stealth being maxed out
If you look to your left when entering the vents... right before you jump down the first time... theres a panel by a vent where you can peek out... open the panel and turn off the lights (floor lights) also you can send out a drone thru the office you first go into (the security will be distracted so you can move behind them to the stairs.... if this one doesnt show it when you reach the top of the stairs (no more stairs up) when you exit you can go into the closet directly out the door to your right and climb in the vent there... no need to run across anything.
Also getting caught if you have good persuasion you can persuade the officer (going right instead of around the office) and then just run to the door... simple
Do not attempt this without maxed out stealth, it might be doable but it is not worth the hundreds of saves and reloads and the well over an hour to complete
They need to make a mod where every time you get detected you hear Lambert from Splinter Cell say, "that's it Fischer, you triggered the alarm. The missions over."
This helped me complete the first part with Ularu's computer. However, the mission continues to go to Cho's computer. and it's not reachable from these levels. The mission will not continue until I have been on both computers! Help if you know how, tyvm.
My problem was not leaving my follower at home, ended up putting this on hold because I kept getting the NPC's alerted even though there was no way they could have seen me
Of course I started this quest immediately after accepting the Commitment: Andreja quest and can't dismiss her. Now I go back to Jemison to start that one to get it out of the way and the game still thinks I'm trespassing..
Yeah even if I follow this I'm still detected. Sometimes the guards will simply never move from a location, making it impossible to go undetected. Even at lvl 4 stealth. This game is too buggy for stealth to work. "But if you quicksave". If the only way to beat this is to quicksave 30 times, then it is bugged.
Yeah, this doesn't work for me. My stealth is maxed out, but a female guard always runs up to me out of no where with no sign on my stealth meter that I was seen the moment I turn the corner after the first guard.
It's annoying cause my guards won't move. I'm right near the door, but can't get past since they won't move ever The did on one or two goes, but since reloading they don't. Guess I'll persuade them Edit: if the robot is annoying. Just close the door behind it after it goes in the conference room. It just sits there and can't open it
Easy, I think. I think the trick is to go very slow, stop whenever the detection bar starts filling up, quicksave after you pass every guard and be lucky enough that none of them develop second sight.
Idk if it's been updated since you posted this. But I'm doing this mission for the first time. And if ur detected you instantly get a bounty. Can't run through this
Why not use the drug that decreaes movement speed noise by 30% for 10 minutes, and why not turn off the lights, also why not remove noisey space suit, and why not deploy robot to cause distractions?
