Everyone is going to try the more violent approaches rather than the nice guy route. But dude is an absolute tank for taking all those shotgun shells and still trucking along like that.
But so is the player character, you can take tens of bullets and just walk it off. Maybe they should add a mod that makes combat much more lethal, and also change the enemy AI so they are smarter but without aimbot.
@@JohnCena-le1jjit's a mod called immersive damage, which is what I've been playing on. Basically makes it so that, on very hard difficulty, you and the enemy both take 5x damage (configurable) Also the ai is surprisingly good in this game... when it wants to be. Seems like something causes them to bug out as they can go from completely coordinated flanking at all times to down right not aggressive
@@TheDapperSaint What is dumb is how the AI can charge you. Some enemies will rush you with a melee weapon out in the open with zero cover. Some will, if they are close to you, leave cover and start walking towards you while shooting. You can exploit this by shooting the enemies or setting up landmines and blowing them up. But at the same time, at long ranges, the enemies tend to stay in cover and hit very often even if you can't see them. They can always see you and can hit you with crappy unscoped weapons.
WHY DID HE CATCH ON FIRE!? Also I like that he was fine with you saying you kill people but when you say you just want him gone he's like What!? I can't support that!
@@musicsheep9816 The way persuasion works in this game, even response gives you points towards a successful persuasion. So let’s say an NPC needs 10 points to be persuaded, those two nice options didn’t give enough points alone to pass the persuasion check. So you end up having to pick a mean option. I believe the only way you can nicely send him away is when you first meet him and don’t allow him to join your crew in the first place. And I could be wrong about that.
such an expressive voice actor, with a facial expression of fucking granite lol. Bethesda definitely need to do work on their NPC's, it makes it look no different than the skyrim NPC's in a lot of ways
