What I’m wanting to do here is show what the performance will be like for those who are at or around the Minimum recommended requirements. If you’re not sure what the Minimum requirements are, I'll have them up on screen now.
MINIMUM:

Additional Notes: SSD Required
RECOMMENDED:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, Intel i5-10600K
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT or RTX 2080
DirectX: Version 12
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 125 GB available space
Additional Notes: SSD Required
Test System:
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600 OC 4.15MHz
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5600XT
RAM - Gskill FlareX 3200 2-8GB
Cooler- FD Celsius S24

For the most part I think most PC gamers would have a system that should meet the minimum spec... outside of maybe the 125 GB SSD storage space, and yes the ssd is required. however with that being said, the Recommended system spec... is pretty crazy....
