Anyone committing the felony with him would also be charged with the murder. If the cop had killed an accomplice he would still be charged with felony murder. ill comment against it. 99.99% of the time an officer shoots someone it's because they are a danger to the officers or citizens. And the excuse he used wasn't valid at all. The officer can use that excuse because they have a job which involves the worst of human behavior. They risk their lives every day protecting the country you live in. and if you don't want to get shot then all you have to do is listen to what the officer is saying since he doesn't know what you have on you. This kid isn't an officer, hes a criminal. hes not helping anyone but himself when he shot that officer.

Exactly there's a lot of cops who think because they are a cop they are above everyone such as taking people out of their car and beating them.. I mean if you shoot a cop for no reason then you should go to prison same for a civilian and possible death sentence. Guys, he is clearly talking about police officers failing to do their job correctly and killing innocent people. Like the black man who was driving with his family and got pulled over for having broken taillight, when this happened the officer asked for the man to pull out license and registration but shot him while freaking out thinking he was gonna pull out a gun. after this the officer got hit with several charges of manslaughter. Don’t forget this man shot a black father in front of his wife and daughter. May his soul and family be blessed and may God decide what will happen from now. 🤦🏿‍♂️🙏🏿 #rip

Apply some empathy to your logic and you can find the answers to the things you ask on your own. It's funny how even in a scenario when this cop did nothing wrong (He was literally jsut driving and someone shot his car) You can still only show hate for cops, and you have no anger over the man endangering people.
