If you haven’t seen Amazon’s The Boys yet, then how have you even come across our channel?! Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson spent well over half a decade breathing life into what has to be the most visceral deconstruction of superhero and celebrity culture of all time with their Supe-centric comic book series. In their story, the “heroes” weren’t exactly the good guys; in fact, it was the exact opposite. All Supes are nothing but a bunch of self-serving, narcissistic, borderline-maniacs, whose actions should be qualified as acts of terrorism from an objective POV; except Starlight.
