I made a mistake a while back. I thought I had printed my best groups in my 243 Winchester Savage 12FV (Telekinesis) using Remington brass. The more garbage targets and ugly velocity charts I saw, the more it became obvious that Remington was holding me back. So I made the switch to Starline brass, and immediately turned trash into treasure. Each case is made with extreme precision, especially its internal capacity. Each of the five cases I measured contained EXACTLY 53.5 grains of water. Does it make a difference, though? Yes. The Starline cases produced smooth velocity curves and predictable placement on paper. Watch and see what groups I can print.
