Starling Murmuration Spring Gardens 2017
The annual Winter spectacle of Starlings gathering to roost at dusk, is well underway around the UK.
I filmed this Murmuration at Spring Gardens near West Auckland, County Durham over two visits.
If you have never witnessed one of natures greatest free show, then hopefully this film will make you want to.

That is so cool, what a beautiful site. So many think Starlings are a nuisance but I see their beauty, the way God meant it to be. Thanks for sharing:))

I have re-edited a video from November to include the reed beds where the birds roost. It is better than it was.

Thanks Anna, patience is the key. the problem with RU-vid is that it works like the news, if you don't get the footage up quick as possible, it doesn't get the views. My camera work is better than my editing, though editing is getting much easier.

Dont sell yourself short Alan... Your editing is fine. but dont be afraid to experiment. Amazing things can happen when just playing with clips... Watch features that you enjoy and try to do something simular.... most inportantly... have fun doing it. You may surprise yourself...and us!
