I dont know bout that. It says here this was 9 years ago. So 2015? They were this good, to make this and from the night. 14 years after nightsongs. Which had tru on it. And that song is just as good as this. Maybe better. So whats that, like 15 years on TOP. Like a handful other bands they were loved and appreciated at a whole different level. U must see that mainstream attention would have ruined them, right? Remember coldplay? Oasis? The verve? These bands all dig horrors after their early success. Sorry for the rant but if i see another "they deserve to blow up" comment i will use violence. They dont want to and their fans would hate it if they did! Never saw this originally despite listening to their stuff for years. This video was incredibly moving - fading out chorus 1 with meditations on life so as to force us to wait for chorus 2 in the club as a resounding crescendo that acts as a rejoinder to the earlier philosophising of the band really worked wonders. Not ashamed to say it touched something deep in me and made me tear up. Criminally underrated band.
