@@qwe-80085 You should take a look at the mod 'Aptly Simple Hullmods', there's a cheap missile autoforge hullmod you can get that... lets you autoforge missiles. Yes, it works on the Olympus, once per minute you can fire the Big One.
and you are right. It is more balanced than the semibreve from UAF. It got stupid in this video because he was using it along with other stupid broken mods. Fun ensure.

So iv got lag currently but I'm at the vparams of like 8192 or whatever. Got 32 gb of ram. Should I up it from what it's at now? 4060 ti and i5 10400 f cpu. Game still lags. My battles are set to 600 points max.
@@shrillcrayfish6168 I would advise against it, java has a sort of soft cap at 8192 where any increase from that number has either minimal improvement or actually decreases performance. This is due to limitations on part of java. If you want to further increase performance I would recommend the java 23 starsector mod. You can find it on the forum, I think.
The Olympus missiles no longer explode? That sucks =( I havn't used one in several years, they used to detonate a massive explosion instead of release little missiles. But I guess there's the IED mod for that =P

I am not the youtuber but can hazard a few guesses One of them is Interstellar Imperium (Olympus titan bomb) Another is ScarlaTech Solutions (the half-circle ship at 1:12) these are just based on the ships I'm seeing.
The hullmods from mods: The Arsenal Autoforge is from Special Hullmod Upgrades Volatile Flux Injector is from LOST_SECTOR Aquila Reactor Protocol is from Iron Shell And Imperial Targeting Package is from Interstellar Imperium, same as the Olympus itself
I asked the same question from his superweapon mod video (which he incorrectly gave me the answer to), apparently, it's just the sound this Olympus siege ship makes when firing its massive missile payload.
There are simultaneously cheaper and faster ways to achieve victory without so much losses and microcontol. Also... so much story points spent so inefectively. Try use them on bigger ships.
yah 3 or 4 of those Hyperion can do it, i have story points to spare(200? i don't keep count ) also its 3 free story points 1 from Hull Deconstructor and 2 from Hull Constructor.
@@havoc989 Coming back to this, rereading with a fresh brain: Factorio, satisfactory, or some other supply-line game is probablytheir primary game. Got the "Factory brain rot" - have it too, but can partition it to those kinds of games. That or they do something even worse: Play vanilla Starsector solely as a trader.
