@@vanceamania It really comes across in the shows. The Captain reminds me of a buddy I used to mountain bike with and go see bands play with him and his wife, and RT and Mike are awesome as well. I saw a video of a newscrew interviewing them when they were in the early stages of the show, and they seemed super nice/cool AND I saw a NA MIata (red, like mine) in a driveway that if theirs is another connection. Lovely folks for sure, and VERY high quality show they've gifted the rest of us. Thank them all for me, please. Grazie mille!!!!!
@@vanceamania: I don’t understand how 18th Century George Washington could possibly be “the first Emperor”. Except retrospectively, as a propaganda measure, by a 20th Century successor.
I have watched this and again. It has so many elements that resonate I can't begin to describe it all. Watching the crew work together, grow together, grieve and make those heartbreaking decisions as time passes. Then watching transition. It is watching the human journey. I may be sentimental, but this is what Star Trek is about, life.
Can’t imagine how incredible it must feel for the folks who followed these guys from the early 2000s to this episode (and the 2021 finale). It takes some level of commitment and camaraderie to keep the same crew of actors together for almost two decades to tell the stories of the Farragut. And the brilliance of continuity back to the first full episode. Amazing.
wow! this was AWESOME! this is the most star trek thing ive watched since star trek continues! bravo. the lights, the sounds. the dialog. the witty banter. the honor. the courage. the duty. the sacrifice. this IS star trek. thank you. live long and prosper.
BRAVO! Excellent production value, script, costumes, music, everything. I really appreciate that this was a full-length episode, too. I truly hope that you'll do more.
I’ve watched almost every fan-made series and the Farragut videos are by far the best I’ve viewed; great scripts, well filmed, brilliant acting, good effects and scenery - perfect!!!
this is very well done, the sets and special effects are absolutely spot on. the only point I would make is that a starship is likely to have a smattering of more younger crew members for those dynamic adventures, not sure how this crew would fare in a fist fight with Klingons
Thinking back on my Navy days, a few crew members would be put on a PT fitness program, to get them back in shape. But still a good movie, very in keeping with ST-TOS.
