I really enjoyed this video and was already looking forward on your workout video. I also heard your Podcast you did and you mentioned how you try to not waste peoples time with ypur videos. You are totally on the right way, however you don't need to rush yourself. At the beginning i felt like you thought you need to rush yourself even so the information you gave us was important. Take your time, your not even close to those 5 min intro youtubers :) Anyways nice video keep it up hope to see more in the future.

Thanks for sharing Aaron. I been telling my son that he needs to work core and balance when lifting. He saw this video and now he is a believer. He needed to hear it for the GOAT in order to believe me. Can you do a gym tour of the equipment you have or use the most.

Great approach for your first gym training video. Thank you. Muscle imbalances from years of riding and injuries have affected my off season workouts. I always felt like I would eventually hit a wall for increasing weights. I feel like DH riding with my preferred foot in front (right) has created a lot of issues with body imbalance. Eventually it finally clicked for me that this type of foundational/physio work is crucial year-around (pre-hab)....kind of like eating your veggies!

Thanks for the share Aaron. Love all the new videos you are making. Just a sugestion on the shoulder internal and external rotation move would be to use dumbells , Its a great movement to rehab rotator and maintain and even improve strength. Great advise on the form of that movement but as you can see its not possible to get full range of motion with a band, dumbells alows such. Please keep them coming. Good stuff!

Aaron, great content. Your workout suggestions have obviously had a huge positive impact on those watching. I mentioned that in the video but I normally shoot for 3-5 sets, 8-15 reps. 👊🏼

Title is a little confusing. When is the off-season? One either switches type of MTB used - hard tail, full suspension or fat bike to suit the riding conditions or changes location. As a straight weight training video for MTB it is great.

Aaron rides world cup races between spring and late summer. Off season is when the world cup races are done over the fall/winter. He probably still rides bikes but the focus is different
