Excellent video, just an advice; if you want more lat activation, bar should be closer to the chest, this way you would have more ROM on the lat on the extension function, wich will activate more fibers than its adduction function, wich also activates rotator cuffs muscles

I’d like eventually to try your program with the App, but the reviews are really bad. What can you say about these?

4.8 out of 5... Not sure that's too bad. Buuuut, perhaps you're seeing something I'm not and I'm interested in seeing what you see. We built the app from scratch because any plug-in fitness apps lack the ability to film the whole weeks program, they tend to be a library based format, but we know a back squat can be performed 1000 different ways so like to explain how and why we execute each movement each week. We are continuing to develop the app and any feedback is useful.
