Thanks, very much, for this presentation...but, alas, the sound cuts out often in E28 just when I want to hear the info.

A vestige from the original RU-vid videos this channel probably saved them from. It was used to avoid copyright detection I believe. But then they got caught anyway and all were removed. The channel would need to source the originals and re-upload them.

Yes. Some times the RU-vidrs would try to silence the third party music while you could usually still hear the voices. Then they became where small sections were completely silent. Others sped up the voices and what was shown on screen did not sync, in an effort to avoid copy rights. Whole RU-vidrs have been removed. However the newer Japanese Plus videos as of recent, do not seem to have the same problems for some reason. And the videos on the official website, won't allow for comments.

The opening music used for the curry segment gave me cancer but then I ate a home cooked curry rice meal and I was cured. All is well.

With out a well balanced diet, soy beans produce to much estrogen in the body. Gmo soy, magnifies this issue, which results in a change of hormonal imbalance as well as more docile men and more aggressive females

It doesn't produce nearly enough estrogen to actually cause a hormonal imbalance. It's a common misconception that it can irreversibly damage human hormones. The study that showed that was found in male lab rats/mice however hasn't ever been observed in humans as they tend to metabolize the chemicals differently. The only way to temporarily change hormone levels is to consume dangerous amounts of soy and even then the process will revert when it exits the body. GMO doesn't actually really do as much as people think as its genetic material was just taken from another plant and GMOs tend to be perfectly harmless.

Better quit consuming the gazillion of other herbs & foodstuffs you consume on a regular basis that contain phytoestrogens... Even a flavonoid like apigenin (common in lots of fruits, vegetables & herbs, like for example chamomile, parsley, celery) is classified as a phytoestrogen, so is kaempferol (kale, beans, tea, spinach, broccoli, saffron, ginger, mustard, cabbage, fennel, ...). Maybe think critically beforehand. Instead of blindly repeating what you read on some sketchy site. No sufficient clinical evidence, no opinion for you. It's really as simple as that. A problem these days is that just about anyone can start propagate-ing the biggest nonsense on the internet now. And let it be the most incapable people, whom are the most confident in their expertise. (Dunning-Kruger effect, hypothetical, albeit with some preliminary clinical studies done on it, anecdotally I can certainly confirm said phenomenon) What about the most potent pyhytoestrogen being found in beer (due to the occurence of hops, like 8-prenylnaringenin), why the focus on soy, which has been shown to not negatively affect hormonal balance in humans. Beer drinkers actually show physical signs of a hormonal imbalance, like literal man boobs in heavy beer drinkers. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8-Prenylnaringenin "Adults would have to consume daily, > 1000 l of soymilk, 8600 soy burgers or 360 kg of tofu to achieve similar levels of intake." in order to reach isoflavone intakes being able to cause clover disease What the heck do gmo's even have to do with this? The flavones in non-gmo or gmo soy are exactly identical. Where's your evidence to support your claim gmo-soy would be somehow magnifying a non-existing issue? Reality check, people have been fiddling with plant's genes & chromosomes for millenia. Since the dawn of agriculture. Look up the wild ancestor of a melon, or a wild banana, or the wild ancestor of corn called teosinte. (and many, many others you take for granted) Why are some grains so massive e.g., while wild grains are laughably small? Because grains humans bred throughout the millenia, are polploid, they have more chromosomes then their wild ancestors. Creating bigger fruits, and even fruits without seeds. (Like modern cultivated Cavendish bananas, better stop eating bananas, right? Maybe stop eating everything that has been shown to be healthy now you're at it, right? Because 'organic grassfed beef & butter' really is so 'healthy', right? With no evidence in favour, and all the evidence against its consumption...) Just because some 'scientist' does said things in a 'lab' nowadays, of which you don't understand the inner workings. You start being conspicious and putting more trust in conspiracies then research backed science? Maybe spend the same amount of time/energy in understanding what you don't understand yet, instead of repeating the blabber of some quacks? yourlogicalfallacyis.com/appeal-to-nature All of the millions of people whom have consumed copious amounts of soy for centuries really were affected by said estrogen imbalances, right...? :) Asian people really must have some serious estrogen issues then... Soy in moderate amounts is actually very beneficial for health (just like other legumes, beans, lentils, chickpeas) and is in particular beneficial in mitigating menopause symptoms, and preventing breast cancer. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mt8M-WNBWfI.html (This video actually shows how *soy phytoestrogens block the production of endogenous estrogen* .) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZCFxoUKOJYU.html The phytoestrogens in soy are agonists for the beta estrogen receptor, but do not show a high affinity for the alpha estrogen receptor, that's an important distinction to keep in mind when considering the actual practical effect in humans. "ERβ may inhibit cell proliferation and opposes the actions of ERα in reproductive tissue. ERβ may also have an important role in adaptive function of the lung during pregnancy. ERβ is a potent tumor suppressor and plays a crucial role in many cancer types such as prostate cancer and ovarian cancer." While the compound 8-prenylnaringenin in hops, in beer, like mentioned before. Has a higher affinity for alpha estrogen receptor sites. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8-Prenylnaringenin "The compound binds to and activates ERα more times than it does to ERβ." Why not mention the animal estrogens in animal products, whom are completely indetical to our *ENDOGENOUS* estrogens? Cow's milk literally comes from the tits of a mammal for pete's sake. Didn't some sketchy article you may have read somewhere mention that? Ever realized the fact that testosterone is chemically closer to endogenous estrogens (estrone, estradiol, estriol), then say, soy's genistein is to endogenous estrogens?! Oh no, some genistein in soy is really 'the' culprit in the western diet... Soy is really the one thing to focus on in the western diet, right?... Kind of ironic that bodybuilders have the lowest testosterone levels, and the average human male vegan has slightly higher serum testosterone levels then the average person consuming animal products. And you can guess who consumes the most amounts of soy.
