I can't agree with the bit of hate on Shari. I've got her on my current, had her on my previous before the stupid game deleted the Island and she's been on the joint Island since the game came out. She's "Mama". I feel like she keeps the rest of my little dollies in line :D Good luck with this. I don't even have the patience to think about doing the game this way let alone giving it a try. 😆

I have or maybe had (if I can't find my charger in time) in new leaf, new horizons and pocket camp. I personally picked her when I first saw her in pocket camp and then invited her in new horizons. I randomly got her to move in for new leaf. I guess the people who "hate" her are jack fans and he hated Shari.

She would pick fights with my islanders. Portia and her would get into it. I think Maggie might have too. But when she upset FILBERT. Poor, sweet, Filbert she had to go.

She’s based on a squirrel monkey and they have yellow arms and legs because they wash themselves with their own urine (pee) so a lot of people have a hard time liking her after finding out she has pee hands. But I personally love her 🥰

I have no idea who Jack is. I've not played any other versions ever, so maybe that's a big reason why Im attached to her. Shari osnt my top favorite but she's up there for sure

Important things I took into mind when starting my 2nd island -Starting villagers, fruit and airport colour -Where the “Kapp’n Board” is -Where the peninsula is -Airport and R/S -Secret Beach (I don’t care where it is as long as I can decorate it and terraform an easy route to it)

Having the game for close to a year now, i wish we can choose our fruits and be able to get them for offline only players. I want oranges so badly but keep getting pears on my last 2 islands and cherries for my first one. Also, with Shari, i thought she was wearing gloves the whole time.

The Shari hate is the reason why I won't let her move out of my new horizons island or my pocket camp campsite. And while I could tell her to stay in my new leaf town, I can't find my charger so I hope I still have her and my other favorites by the time I find it. My starters for new horizons was phoebe and buck (I hated him)

I'm starting to catch up while I work on sewing a blanket together, haha I'm excited! I can't believe the entire game threw everything you hate at you in the beginning 😂 Aw, Shari! I had her in New Leaf, she made an excellent companion in the New Leaf's Wii U mini game, haha It's a shame people don't like her yellow gloves :( I love yellow! Firefly Bay sounds lovely :0 Canyon Duck's fun tho lol

I have a rule question. So if you’re only allowed to sell weeds to Leif, but you have to do every 2x Nook Miles+ chore, what do you do if you get one for selling weeds but Leif isn’t around? I’m not playing hard mode but I do have a new island so I don’t have daily access to Leif and was just curious. Thanks! Edit: never mind! It’s answered in the video, nook miles rules > economy rules

When “re-rolling” for the island layout, just close completely out of the game and restart to get a new island option…you don’t have to delete the Save Data again (which took too long anyway) because you haven’t done anything yet

You have to designate a corner of your house as "time out" and sit there for one day per every rule broken. That or you have to ask Nook for forgiveness, which he'll charge you for I'm sure.

I want to start doing a hard mode island after my current one because I want the challenge to inspire me to play again. I played around with the random name generator out of curiosity and I found DampRibWet lol. CanyonDuck is somehow a better name than some of the other ones I’ve seen! Is there anyone still playing hard mode now? I don’t want to start without markets to attend or people to sell to
