It's finally time to get those herbs and perennials started!!

With 12 weeks until our last frost date it is time to get my herbs started. These could have been started months ago but there is still plenty of time to get them growing before it's nice enough outside to plant them. These are slow growing perennial that once established will come back year after year in the garden.

I feel the same way about mint, and anything in that family that wants to grow. I doubt it will be invasive in my area... I'll just be happy if it survives. 😂

I grew Spilanthes a couple years ago - it was fun to trick people to taste it - it makes you salivate like CRAZY.. it's kinda awful... but perhaps as a tea it would be better than eating it straight off the plant? lol!
