it’s officially summer according to the solstice calendar. last year was my first time experiencing the Scottish summer. now i feel a bit more prepared and have adjusted my expectations. 20 degrees is definitely the temperature we can hope for, and 25 would be pushing it. so if the sun is out, i’m out. sometimes all you need to do is set the tone, put yourself in a summer mood, and summer comes whether the weather says so or not. ah summer, i’ve missed you 💛
