Sure like the sound of the G. Great video Hans. My son got a Ford 1210 tractor last February. 16 hp diesel. Snow blower and cab. Not sure if I mentioned that to you or not. We got it all serviced, blower on, waxed up and ready for the snow. We used it to mow with this past summer, 6’ rear discharge finish mower. And we hooked the saw bench to it and sawed up some wood too.
Nice treat to see all the old ones! I'm from SW Pa. (40 miles from Pittsburgh) 9 antique tractors, hit miss engine,a few garden tractors, and a LS compact tractor.
@TractorHoarders Just got it in the Spring. It's actually my dad's but he's too afraid to drive it 🤣 It's a MT225E. Loader and backhoe. Honestly not that impressed. It's a beautiful tractor,It's the biggest 25 hp you'll ever see. Has many good features, but the gear drive is awful. It is so noisy. Like seriously crazy. They use straight cut gears instead of helical gears. Out of all the antique tractors here with straight cut gears it is the loudest. It has a shuttle shift, but you still need to push the clutch in every time. I'm used to just moving a lever back and forth. Some say they get less loud threw time. That may be true. 30 hours now and it's either more quiet or I'm getting used to it. I don't know people seem to like them and most don't seem to care about the noise. I guess as long as it's trouble free we'll deal with it. The next size up the gear drive has helical cut gears BUT now you'll have emission equipment. Something we didn't want to deal with.
I love that! I started out with JD but enjoy getting to see how others made their equipment too. I’d like to add some more brands to the collection too.
Great to hear from you and see you on TikTok too. I liked the idea of the Facebook group and still do, but between the different platforms, it was too much social media for me to maintain. Hope you have a happy new year!
