Forget fore and try the VMP plug and play system. It has DW & Aeromotive parts and supports up to 1100+ whp so it should be more than enough for the G3R kit.
I'd be looking at the main ground. The melted fuses indicate a lot of resistance. Use a infrared camera after a few rolls and look for a hot spot. That'll be your source of resistance and lack of fuel pressure.
When you find out the problem, let me know please. My car just started throwing the P008a code intermittently. My shop is having me do some data logs to start with on each pump.
I’d try another shop and see if they can Diagnose. If I recall the ground was just screwed into the spare tire pan sheet metal. That’s probably not providing a good enough ground source.
The fuel tank under pressure? How’s the vent? 3 pumps suck wound probably need some good venting from pressure lock. I’m just a viewer trying to help. Don’t sell it
This is upsetting that your car has been down for so long now. She's a beast and needs to get back outside. Is there another good performance shop u can go to and maybe a fresh set of eyes will catch something?
Stay strong man good idea removed everything slowly something is gone show itself, it is a small thing. Second option is contact other mustang racers like Brett Lasala ect…😊
Have you tried replacing the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail? Just a thought because I remember ecoboost having issues with fuel pressure sensor???
