On June 23, 2022, David A. Carrillo, Christina Sandefur, Robert F. Williams and moderator Braden Boucek joined us to debate the different purposes and rights guarantees within state constitutions and the federal constitution. What are the federalism implications of an increased focus on state constitutional rights, if that's really the trend? What does the map of states look like if some federal liberties roll back, and does the distribution depend on which rights roll back or expand. These topics and more were explored by this excellent panel of knowledgeable state constitutional law experts.
Featuring:
- David A. Carrillo, Lecturer in Residence and Executive Director, California Constitution Center, University of California, Berkeley, School of Law

Lets talk about Iowa. Iowa did not recognize my 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments. They unlawfully seized my private property for over 5 years, to allow a neighbor and one of their own to apply toxic chemicals on my property with intent to cause serious injury and eliminate me from my property. Why did I not have a trespass filed against my assailant? Because the police chief refused to file a complaint against him, he said he "did not want to make my assailant mad". He was forced out of his position before this was done. He was given a good recommendation to the next department that hired him. They have no clue they hired a bad cop. Why didn't the County Attorney file a trespass against him? Because the County Attorney used his position to protect my assailant from being charged with trespassing. When I made a call to him concerning fraud committed by the City clerk the County attorney advised me that he had a problem with the City clerk committing multiple counts of fraud. He did not know I was the one making the call.. I advised him I would be in his office right away. As soon as he realized who I was he no longer had a problem with the city clerk committing multiple counts of fraud. In fact the County Attorney brought charges against me based on fabricated law. How many County Attorneys fabricate laws only to have the charges dismissed by the judge? My property was unlawfully seized after a civil court judge cited my right to use my property as I wished. How does this happen? This happened and more in the City of Montrose, Lee County, Iowa. They stole my private property by using chemicals as a weapon to eliminate me. I described this as domestic terrorism, the FBI advised me this was torture. Federal law regarding torture has no statute of limitations. The only option I had to defend my person and property was to invoke my 2nd Amendment. At the time I thought that was extreme, if I had to do it again I would not hesitate. I need legal assistance to be compensated for the damages I have suffered. Someone contact me. This city has a population of 900, how powerful can these criminals be?
