@@Abdul_faruki ok nice, I never deadlifted 2 times a week ! but by long hands i mean longer arms compared to rest of the body, I am also 5' 6" , but my arms are short , that why my bench and shoulder press is good. Longer arms helps in deadlift, because you can start from more upright position
