Shocked to hear people chant: Brad!Brad!Brad! Brad is the driver of the fans. He was a fan first and now races for the fans, always has. Still waving the American flag and thanking the people for paying his salary, he gets it.
He also isn’t afraid to say what needs to be said (i.e. Quin Houff). He says it how it is and I think fans are starting to appreciate that because it’s not to common anymore, due to all the rich kids being slaves to the sponsors. Not to mention he’s wise beyond his years, and a stellar business man. He understands the bigger picture better than most drivers.
I've always liked Brad. Don't understand why some ppl don't like him. And he was also the one that called out either HMS or Roush (can't remember right now) for having illegal shocks on their cars. He noticed that the left rear of the cars were lifting at speed giving them an aero advantage. The cars passed inspection because they were fine while static.
AND Chevrolet's are Way off again, Chevrolet's, the manufacture that should be winning 12 times to 18 times a year. , Grrrrrrr. Another Ford amd yoda show.
That might be their strategy, they’re locked in the playoffs, they might just be going out for playoff points by winning the stages which isn’t that dumb to do
I'm throwing this out there Matt D is the sleeper this season. He'll get into the playoffs by points, may get his first win at the Daytona road course and could possibly stun everybody by winning the title. Stranger things have happened.
I think that Matt D. will get a win this year, but who knows? He's a great driver. Notice that Bubba Wallace had another stellar finish, 23rd. Not to good.
Matty D is probably my favorite driver, and I can see this. Ever since Bristol 2019, I've had faith he'd win a race. I mean, he went top 10 in the 500 (I think). Hes destined to win soon

in 2019 it was Erik Jones vs Matt DiBenedetto on who should've stayed in the Toyota camp. First year in top cup equipment DiBenedetto is in the top 16, while Jones is struggling.
I swear if u put Matty D in a Joe Gibbs, Hass, or Hendrick equipment that dude will bring home a couple wins for you. Definitely the most underrated driver in the cup series

The car he is in is a Penske Ford, as good as any cars out there. He is doing as well as any of the Gibbs cars - Hamllin, and he has a much better car than any of the Hendrick Chevrolets. Ask Matt about that beautiful 21 Ford.

As much as I would love to agree with you, this is what I see happening. Bubba to the 42. Bowyer to the 43. Briscoe to the 14. Keselowski to the 48, Cindric to the 2, or Penske becomes a 4 car team. For Jones and Bell, idk.
@Elite Soulfly I think Bowman more than earned the ride when Jr. retired, but Hendrick NEEDS to get a veteran in that 48 car, someone who has ran in cup for at least 8 or 9 years. Chase isn't ready to be the senior member of the team yet.
@Elite Soulfly Hendrick has reportedly said he wants a veteran to replace Johnson in the 48. Keselowski is the best driver without a contract for next season already locked up and the whispers continue to persist that Penske wants to get Cindric into a Cup car sooner than later. With Cindric's dad being Penske's right-hand man he's not going anywhere else. That leaves Keselowski handing out resumes. If Penske does put Cindric in their 3rd car next season, the 48 is the only Championship-caliber ride open unless Bowyer decides to retire and move to the broadcast booth full-time. Of course there have also been rumors that Hendrick may shrink to 3 cars next season which could make the whole conversation moot.
@@dirtlump7801 I don't think Bubba goes anywhere unless The King has to shutdown his team because of financial issues. I think you get Keselowski to the 48, Cindric to the 2, both Bowyer and Newman retire opening the 14 and 6 to go with the open seat in the 42. Smoke has said even after Larson's controversy earlier in the season that he'd like to have Larson drive for him, but I think that may still be a bit too fresh for it to happen next season. Briscoe would be a front-runner for either the 14 or 6. Chastain's name will continue to be floated as a possibility for the 42, but he's only been solid this season. There aren't any other obvious replacements out there for the 14 or 6 unless Leavine racing closes it's doors and Bell or Jones end up a free agent.
Funny story Foxwoods was the worlds biggest casino built before Vagas. It’s about 20 minutes from my house. And they are the ones that would be pouring money into the Atlanta casino. And in the last 5 years Foxwoods has added a indoor gas powered go kart track. And a huge zip line that starts at the tallest tower like 80 stories in the air and the zip line reaches 60mph.
I am not a Harvick fan per se, I mean I like the guy but he's not my favorite driver. But it's definitely good to see him finishing up front on a regular basis. I guess I'm getting old, he's one of the original Young Guns that are still up there LOL
Harvick has finished outside the top 10 literally only five times in the last 36 races. He's so easily the most underrated driver in the sport. He's miles more consistent than Kyle Busch.
Best Loudon race of all time? IMO this was probably the best Loudon race since the thanksgiving race in 2001. Was some really good battles all around the track and strategy was huge. I enjoyed this way more than the average 1.5 snooze fests. Never thought I would say good things about a Loudon race LOL
The end was boring but D🌯 did do good today with a sixth place finish. I kept getting confused between a bunch of cars because there was 7 red and white cars
I was there- the crowd was AMAZING- the cheer when Kyle hit the wall was so loud it almost brought down the house, and it was a really fun atmosphere too!
It probably gonna be either denny winning like everyone expected Harvick winning the championship Brad k the spoiler Tbqh this system is so broken that hamlin could be eliminated in the round of 8 and dillon winning it all so only time will tell
Pretty good analysis, was refreshing to see guys battle for the lead on the track for a change. The better car won instead of winning the race based on a late caution and restart. There was some actual racing deeper in the field for position all day instead of the field get spread out and playing follow whoever is in front of you.
Chandler White I’m confused bill only spots for chase on road courses and doesn’t do much else for him on the track. Yes he has his name but a name can’t make you win
I’m confused wtf is going on he’s not done yet he ran well a the snoozefest that was the Dover race last year and he gets 2 chances to win at Dover in 1 weekend, plus today Clint Bowyer decided to run out of talent and wreck him, and him came back and finished 12th
He also ran great at Auto Club this year, and Michigan is basically Auto Club, he has experience on the Daytona Road course and in the Daytona race on the oval anything can happen, you never know someone like Ty Dillon could win that race and get in
There was a good amount of rain today. Mostly in the IMSA race but it also showed up at nascar. Also team Penske won both races so maybe there is a correlation there.
This was the opposite of last year where it was a boring London race that had a fantastic finish between Harvick and Hamlin. Today the racing was fantastic until the final run where Keselowski cruised away. Although there was still some excellent racing at the end there. That battle for 9th with Reddick and the HMS guys was fantastic.
absolutely agree with you on Jones. I like Jones, but someone else deserves that ride and a chance for better equipment, but the team and the driver are not where they need to be and haven't been for a long time.
Having no practice has really hurt Matt, I know if they had that practice time Matt would be right at the front . jmo >> always a Matt fan > Nascar needs more road course races toooo survive >> jmo
I tend to wonder if Denny Hamlin (Ham Sammich) and Kyle Busch (Buschy Buschy Bitch) switched. Back in 2018, Kyle Busch won 8 races. Denny Hamlin got 0. Now look at 2020. Hamlin with 5 wins so far, Busch with none. Coincidence? I think not.
In terms of Christopher Bell, he isn't having bad finishes due to lack of talent. He's just having a tough season. Lots of bad luck. Tires today. It seems like he always gets caught up in a wreck. If he can keep the car clean for several races in a row, I think you'd see the moment skyrocket. He's been up in the top 10 several times, just needs to catch a break.
I wouldn’t say that keslowski is the confirmed 3rd championship contender cuz I would say Eric Amerola has been better than everyone else besides Hamlin and harvick.
For the sake that it's New Hampshire, I would give this race an 80/85. Long uneventful runs happen in NASCAR, and they can be just as interesting as short runs. It's all a matter of perspective.
What you didn't mention about the long green flag run at the end was that Hamlin's handling went away otherwise it would have likely been more competitive up front. Also Preece apparently ran out of gas on the last lap and lost 3 spots, so fuel wasn't totally a non-factor at the end.
Erik was running 12th late but on the last stop had contact on pit road with Preece and had to come back in and fix the damage and couldn't recover from it.
Harvick- 7 consecutive top 5 finishes, 8 consecutive top 10 finishes Almirola- 9 consecutive top 10 finishes Custer- 4 finishes of 8th or better in the last 5. Crashed out and finished last at Texas. Bowyer- No top 10s in the last 5 races, only 2 in the last 11. The Stewart Haas cars are finally coming alive. Even Bowyer was running well today until he had his pit issue. Was consistently in the top ten most of the day till then. Custer has really surprised me. It's been great to see. I thought his win at Kentucky was a fluke but form has proven that he has actually grabbed unto something and has been amazing since indy. Almirola, well, what can I say? I think his win might be a question of when and not if but they just need to make better calls on pit road. Harvick is the best. Point blank period. That last stint was particularly interesting because after pitting with Elliott, Blaney and Austin Dillon, he came out behind them in 25th. And after losing more spots that first lap after the restart, he just picked all the cars off one by win. I found this interesting because he passed Blaney and Elliott who were on the same strategy as him and kept going forward whereas Blaney stalled in 20th, Elliott finishing in 9th. It makes me wonder what would have been if there had been a late race caution. But he clearly had a really fast car
Early in the race he was running lower than everyone, literally splitting the white line like he does the old turns 3 and 4 at Phoenix (track configuration still confused me now). He would gain so much running that low.
A good solid day for the 48, did spin out cause of the 14 but my birthday was yesterday, and I'm glad Johnson finally got a solid finish and didn't wreck the car, I'm excited for Michigan because it's just like Auto Club and Jimmie did well their earlier this year Also here are the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings if anyone is interested 1. I feel bad for Bell he would have finished better than Reddick and Custer, And a one point in the race when they showed the standings henhad worked his way of to 20th in points
The Gibbs development drivers seem to have a lot of success in the lower series, but so far it seems like they never work out in Cup. I think of guys like Jones, Suarez, and Tifft. Then guys who leave like Byron or Almirola do just fine. Just makes you think of the futures for guys like Burton or Eckes
My Pick for the Daytona RC is William Byron because he has showed good speed at the Roval and Daytona is similar in layout plus the superspeedway program at Hendrick is pretty
I was at the race and it was good at the beginning but later on it really dragged it felt, I wish we had one last crazy restart with 10-15 laps to go, there was promise to have a great race but it disappointed sadly, I still had a good time
Thing is about 2018. It was an awful for me because Ky Busch, Truex, and Harvick are my 3 least favorites drivers but that last race and Martinsvile as amazing for me because Logano is now my favorite driver(when McMurray retired)won the championship
