I'm getting ready to do an accent metallic wall with raised stencils too. I'm just stuck on the color of my walls in which the entire house is a muted sage green and whether I should do a bronze or pale gold or pearl. I can't decide which color will look ok with all the walls that green color. This accent wall will be in my livingroom that is also a great room with dining room. I want to at least keep the color theme flowing throughout the house. I love the look of metallic paint and textures. Any ideas which metallic will look good over the green? Or should paintbthe accent wall a like color like cream or tan them glaze over it. That's what I was thinking of doing. So, yea I'm kinda stumped and dragging my feet on doing it. Its actually how I found your video. I like your bathroom. Looks beautiful. I'm now a new subscriber:)
Thank you for subscribing! I love metallics too. I would keep the base color the muted sage green to keep it in tune with the rest of the house. I have paired a sage green with a soft gold before on a piece of furniture and it looked really pretty but I think a pearl metallic would look beautiful too. The pearl metallic may go with more depending on your decor and if you end up not loving it, the pearl would be easy to go back over with a darker metallic. Hope this helps! I’m sure it will be a show stopper.
