As a born-and-bred New Yorker from da Bronx, I always felt very weird on Staten Island. It such a long trip to get there you feel like you have to be in another state at least, but all the "fixtures," meaning the signs, park benches and other equipment are all very familiar because they're standard issue for New York City! So it really feels like some theme park pretending to be NYC!!!

Especially on peanut butter
