Yeah this entire static shock series in the new 52 was just a complete and utter trainwreck that I had no idea what the hell was even happening also what was the plot in this entire story why is there two Sharon’s what the hell was even happening I give up.

I love this guy haha great review. I just wanna compare it to the original and see how far off it is. Either way static is a great series and can't wait for milestone returns issue 0 physical copy to release 😀

MY SUGGESTION IDEAS FOR THE NEW 52 COMICS OF (STATIC SHOCK) STORIES & MORE IDEAS: I wonder if this new version of (STATIC SHOCK) ComicBooks stories from the New 52 Comics addition; Might be considered to get made into a cartoon show series someday? Now I hope that a live-action show series of (STATIC SHOCK) might get made someday, and then added later into the ArrowVerse later down the line; But I suggest having most of the year early 2000’s cartoon series storyline mixed into the script written for the live-action show series, and I suggest adding a tiny bit of the stories from the recently new (STATIC SHOCK) ComicBooks stories.

Have to put this out there. John Rozum had very little input in this run. Editorial and Scott McDaniels didn't incorporate much of his ideas and they constantly interfered. He mentions that in his blog. That's why he left after 4 issues.

Not really, no, but we do learn Davidson is the one who first kidnapped her, so I think the implication is he was kidnapping people and sending them through the portal to see what would happen to them, and so like static she got cloned.

He was only Gear in the cartoon. In the comics the character was very different and I don't recall him even being referenced in this series. In the comics, the only person who knew his identity was a girl named Frieda, who does make a couple small appearances in this series.

'Richie' makes an appearance in Milestone Forever - seemingly blended with the cartoon version for that short series because he knows that Virgil is/or 'was' Static. However largely, Frieda had Richie's original role in the comics and much of the same chemistry. Which is perhaps why people tend to ship Richie with Virgil a lot; Frieda was meant to be his main love interest in the original series.

He's not in the comics, only the show. His comic counterpart is named Rick Stone instead of Richie Foley and he doesn't have powers.

Evil voltron 🤦🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️ kawasaki ninja's rule ...actually, the name Voltron sounds like exactly what the villain of static shock should be. Wow that dude really does look just like the jok-- Dude, is Dr. Nemo just a Brad Bird clone? Wow, I had to look that, "once I turned into a dog and they helped me" line up. Guilloteena and the Fish Men tonight at the Paladium Ballroom!
