When we dine there, it takes about 20-25 minutes for someone to take our orders. The servers always seem rushed. However, when it comes to paying the bill, they show some interest. But if you don't give them the "suggested" tip, their mood changes immediately. We used to work in the hospitality industry, so we understand the importance of earning tips. But, unfortunately, we've had very bad luck during our visits there 😔. We love the food, and we don't plan to stop going just because of the service. We just hope it improves. Casas de Cambio is your best option! there are plenty in PDC, and San Jorge is one of the best. We've heard also people using Xoom by Paypal sending money from their cards to this account and withdrawing at Oxxo's (Convenience stores) it might be another option for you 🫶.
