The therapist needs to be fired and reported immediately. I know people will say this cheaters deserve to hold there accountability and yes OP doesn't need to forgive the ex wife but damn therapist are basically trained into making speak about there most vulnerable things. He could have easily manipulate her into believing it that it was okay.

Wife is extremely simple minded. She knew what he was doing and still fell for it completely. In a sane society she would get nothing in the divorce, lose custody and have no visitation rights, and would have to pay child support.

OP should bring this up to the College of therapists. This is totally unprofessional!

Given the fact that she was manipulated by her therapist, and is letting him spend time with the child, he should go for full custody. Who knows what the therapist will do to that kid's mind!

That sounds like more than malpractice... your ex will have to be in rehab to undo the damage he did by manipulating her fragile mind and she'll end up asking you to forgive her as she truly is a victim in this case. Whether you do or don't will be your choice, and the right one for you either way.
