We found whatever our local grocery had on sale and that was a bone in Ribeye for 4.97 lb . We took this bone in ribeye and cooked it using the reverse sear method. We smoked low and slow at 225 until internal was 115F , then seared in a screaming hot cast iron for 45 sec per side. Thanks for watching and do not forget to vote!
