It’s always so crazy to me hearing what Zach says. He’s a LITERAL Millionaire. But acts like he can’t get things he needs. Act broke stay rich but this man isn’t acting.

The 2 dollar steak video is an actual masterpiece of content creation. The video itself is genuinely entertaining and the sheer amount of react (and react-react) content is has produced is mind boggling.

I'm not buying the $4 sauce over the $2. I season my food in the pan too and absolutely none of it burns. Those flavors meld like a mf and I cook some of the best steaks I've ever eaten.

We need a collab immediately. They need to taste the $2 greatness

If you deglaze at the end with your sauces (maybe balsamic vinigar added) AT THE END you can scrape up the burnt bits from the initial sear AND create a fat for dressing your potatoes at the end. Again, a decent chunk of liquid at the end and cook it down and you don't have the cleaning problem any more and you gain points on the cook job. No new problem, but increased benefit, AND NO NEED TO SOAK PAN OVER NIGHT.

I want to see a collaboration were Asmon cooks a steak with Guga and Guga has to heal for a raid.

Take into consideration a lot of chefs don’t do their own dishes so it’s easy to tell others to cook more while ignoring the cleanup.

In the spirit of avoiding dishes, you could season it in the plastic tray said steak comes in, saving you extra washing on the pan or on a chopping board or w/e.

Zack, season it not in the pan or on a new dish, but in the tray you buy them in! The first will taste like your normal steak, but the longer they stay in the package the more flavor the dry rub will give them!

Lemon pepper has to be a required taste because nobody buys it at the grocery on chicken, but I like it sometimes on fish. Usually I prefer a real lemon 🍋 sparingly and a pepper crusted fish or steamed and lightly peppered fish.

Asmon, get yourself a 2 cake trays nice and big, then you can cook 20 baked potatoes at a time (dont worry about over cooking the potatoes). And when completed you can throw the whole tray into the fridge when it all cools down. Now you have snacking potatoes that you can eat like an apple.

Listen guys… I’ve have eaten this recipe for a long time now. The potatoes in the microwave is absolutely outstanding! It just tastes better than boiled potatoes, and it’s 4 times as fast to do. This is genius! Put some salt on top of that potato, and it’s a small masterpiece, trust me!

Here's a tip, to use less fat and make it faster: -Use oil instead of butter and raise the temperature on the stove. Also put spice on the meat in while it's still in the box it came in, no extra dishes. To save time clean the pan straight away, everything comes off much easier. I prefer boiling potatoes, just let them simmer for 30 minutes, set a timer and play some games while waiting. (You can boil a batch of potatoes for the whole week)
