You know it's low tide when you buy the most expensive steak, season it with a packet of salt stolen from McDonald's, then cook it in a cardboard box and cut it with a butter knife.
Could be. But in the U.S. I still have not seen a single steak vending machine yet. I guess some of Asian countries are light years ahead of other countries in this vending machine area. Different cultures and different needs. Great learning on the RU-vid.
@@amarreezlan7131 Depend on the salt Different type of salt has difference taste of saltiness Blackpepper Mcdonalds is ground blackpepper Usually grind blackpepper give much more pepper taste
*Japan can sell cardboard grills because users will explicitly follow safety instructions. If this sold at Walmart half of American neighborhoods would burn to the ground.*
So I know this was posted two days ago and this isn’t relevant but, I’ve been struggling with insomnia and these videos are actually perfect for getting to sleep. Not that they’re boring- but they’re low key and interesting. I appreciate the posts
Burning Charcoal produces a ton of very toxic carbon monoxide, people have died trying to grill with charcoal in their houses - I think that grill should really have a warning to not use it indoors. Good thing you had your windows open, but even that can not be enough to ventilate the carbon monoxide.
As an Australian I hope our exports are enjoyed to the fullest. I was genuinely surprised to see that the steaks are of Australian origin! Surprised and proud.
@@stoichr3324 not really ,theres a japanese butcher opened by astons called ginkakuji onishi, they sell japanese wagyu at super affordable price ,superb marbling etc ,i could get a butcher cut of 200g at around 25~35 dollars
Not only expensive but unhealthy as shit, I cant believe people actually eat all this vending machine stuff. Yikes. I also cant believe that clumsy cardboard bbq isnt banned, it looks extremely dangerous. Im not sold on this one at all.
when I saw those wooden sticks and a hold for a rack I was like "I wonder how fast will it light on fire" I would never use one of these, and I doubt someone in my country will do it either
you can hear fans and see curtains blowing from air circulation to ventilate the area. no open flame in a well designed clay base. this seems like an acceptable set up with a fire extinguisher accessable just in case like you should for any cooking.
@@devilishtea4326 Your reply was so nice I feel terrible for the sarcasm in my reply. I hope you weren't offended. I'm sorry if I did offend you though 😅
Astrix I disagree. We have cheap ATMs that stores buy and put out........ and some steal them. Ok you have a point but this really is a great county. Don’t believe the media.
Why am I laughing at the way the machine brought steak out and throw to the camera sjhkhjhskjjj and 3:59 why does that look like Oreo???? I'm laughing so hard rn because I never see that in my country..
usually with these disposable grills you use the instruction sheet to lith the coals as they are usually impregnated with some sort of fule or otherwise treated to light the charcoal.
the material the charcoal sat on is something called Refractory brick or Fire Brick. It is a heat resistant material that is easy to cut (it can be cut with a butter knife) and fairly inexpensive. It is also biodegradable and is often used for insulation of things such as kilns or fire pits. A rather neat and useful material if you think about it.
As a Texan I would disagree maybe with the younger but the old heads need to have a 45 min conversation about god knows what with the butcher before any steak purchase
That was interesting though it looks like you were having the BBQ indoors, which is really risky. Charcoal gives off carbon monoxide when burning which can kill you.
The grill reminds me of the time I went camping with a friend and we brought some nice steaks for dinner. We discovered that the fire pit on our site had no metal grill. Since we had hiked in a couple of miles to get there, we were not going to hike back out just for a grill,so we cut some sugar maple sticks and used those instead. Steaks came out great, along with the sweet corn we brought as sides.
@Erina Nagasawa you claim kitchen fires aren’t a thing in singapore and then say one happens every 6-7 months ? wtf LOL. thats two more yearly fires than i usually experience
What? It's vacuum sealed. That's not freezer burnt 😂. The steak looks like that from all the crap they added to the beef. Usually any steak from a freezer has those solutions that makes it look a certain way like that it's not fresh but frozen with added things to hold longer. I seen alot of steaks with that stuff in it make it look like that. It reminds me of dollar store steaks. Trust me I cook for a living and we get steaks sealed to. There all injected meats. I bet you that's it's injected because not many people can afford $20 so they add stuff to make steak last long time before sold. Then it says it's from Australia from my knowledge it's not real waygu they just selling name that's not official from Japan.
@@LulaJake she's referring to what it looks like after cooking I think or before with all the ice on the steak. Just cuz it's ice on it does not mean it's burnt. It's vacuumed and they have a business to run they not gonna have a crap refrigerator system.
