In this video I go stealth camping with my dog in a hammock and people were out with torch lights in the woods. I wonder if they were looking for me?
My dog comes with me on all my camping adventures whether I'm in a tent of a hammock and she loves it!
I almost got caught on this stealth camping adventure...

Besides this RU-vid channel, you could start another; doing what many Landscapers in the U.S. seem to be doing; find severely overgrown & wild looking yards around homes/businesses. Then with or without permission, you go and landscape the property. Mainly they do cutting the grass, hedges, taking out some trash, all of it for FREE! I watch "I Hustle" (Marcus McGee). People find it relaxing to watch them work, and its usually old folks/ disabled that are SO grateful for the help. The youtubers with those type of channels seem to be doing well.😊 Great video!

They'd have a fit in the UK lol. My friend moved into a rural property and the boundary was a bit complicated. Anyway she found all this buried junk, like old mattresses and bee hives, rotting rubbish on the surface too. She cleared it all. The neighbours are now taking her to court and want 1k compensation for all the rotting goods removed! Unbelievable.

Nice vid Fendy glad to see your human is getting better trained 😂😂 enjoyed that Gaz, I was in otley few months back and we went to some public woods didn't camp was just out with wife and dog for a mooch about, anyway woods were massive with some stunning views over otley and surrounding area looked ideal for a wild camp, just can't remember it's name 🙈🙈 but I'm sure you'll know it anyway 😉 I always think I won't put tarp up but I do, not cos I need it, just gives me something to do to fill the time lol

Man, I love your videos and I look forward to relaxing and watching them pretty much every night... sorry, but Fendy is the star of the show. When Fendy jumped up on the hammock and looked you in the eyes... I love that dog. Spam cooked on an outside campfire... I haven't had spam in years since I was a kid- and I never had any desire to ever eat spam again- until watching this video cooked outside with scrambled eggs.. lol. FENDY SNORING=AWESOME. Hi Gaz, I noticed you collected water near the start of video. Being as experienced as you are, well always check just about 100 yards upstream, just in case there's a dead carcass, or decomposing sheep, or another farm animal. Not sure who told me his. Best of luck Buddy..Paul

Hi Gaz. Where abouts did you camp here? I’m thinking of getting into it myself and looking for spots all round Calderdale. Southowram , Halifax born and raised so know most places just unsure more quieter spots wheres there’s not many dog walks.👍🏻 love the videos aswel I’ve got 3 frenchies but none of them would come with me lazy t***s 😂 cheers.

This is sort of on a popular dog walking route so that's why I had to 'stealth camp' on this occasion. If you're wanting to try it out for the first time I'd probably suggest not being in the woods as there can be a lot of noises and wildlife that can creep you out in the middle of the night as everything is amplified when you're alone at 3am in a tent while it's pitch black outside. But when I go wild camping I just try to find somewhere secluded off trail. If you go through my wild camping videos I will tell you the locations of some camps but if I don't tell the location in the video there will be a reason for that eg, private property, fear of people destroying the area or drawing lots of attention to the area which will in turn lead to strict restrictions etc...
