Stealth Changes, Dead Space Event Impressions & Skin Showcase in Battlefield 2042 

DICE could put a little bit of randomness in the new mode. Isn't a bad gamemode per se, but a bit boring when everything is the same.

I would also have liked to use the portal guns to be available, like if each game you played you had access to a different random era. I wish we could use the spas12 or the xm8 prototype, the 12g automatic or the m2 carbine. Etc

Kerosene bomb is most stupidly OP thing DICE put in BF2042. This bomb killing when you inside the huge building.

At this point with being past 3 years of the launch. At this point just get rid of the xp cap, especially given there is no more seasons and such

For drone, use Exposure Map A1 conquest point to level up until you open kerosene bomb, than use spearhead to unlock all the rest, that part is easy, hit points when enemy is taking over flags.

The juggernauts give me way too much trouble. Because im usually stuck on teams i have to carry anyways...

I always thought 2042 needed more blood, and this outfit has some on it. Hell yeah! Also, fantastic game mode imo. The nightbird finally feels finished with weight added.

I miss when you could have any load out before they limited classes. Unlimited ammo for launchers.

I wish they'd make giving ammo more rewarding for players or make it so Angle can just always deploy full ammo boxes (instead of the call in box) without having to select it from the gear menu. I rarely see ammo boxes thrown around in BF2042 these days and seeing Angels create is near never. I don't mind these rocket changes but do something to encourage more ammo crates, even if it just XP points. Maybe Angle can throw down two, or have one with a bigger reload AOE bubble. I play mainly engineer but mostly stick to Liz because I know I can at least keep getting rockets over a long life span.

It was a let down you can’t use the skins or the railgun in the new mode and everyone was complaining that they could’ve added Necromorph Skins for the Geists from Dead Space. I deleted the game not too long after unlocking the new stuff. Played enough of conquest and other modes. Hope the next BF isn’t as bad as this.

Is there anything you earn by playing that you don't get in the bundle - extra card or title or cosmetic? Haven't been able to jump in and I haven't spent any BC since the game came out and with it being done thought I would. Thanks!

Thanks for letting me know how much it got discounted after getting the blueprint by playing. The mode is pretty cool and chill. I wish the weapons were randomized to use all of them.

Am I right saying I can’t tier 1 the weapons in the new event they seem to stop counting at a certain number and the specialist don’t tier 1 either ?

I feel mixed about the Weapon Mastery restrictions. On one hand I would like to grind them further in this mode, but on the other hand I personally am grinding for every Tier 1 legitimately, so it would be rather cheap that way. I know it doesn't mean much since you can abuse Tier 1 progression, but at least I have the experience of actually mastering these things and the satisfaction of really earning Tier 1.

Are there still tornadoes and weather effects in the game?

I think dice has forgotton that a game should be fun - bf2042 is a frustration basically

The specific attachments for the skins has always been a thing even for other legendary skins.

Thanks as always. I'm little disappointing with the event mode. I love PvE mode but this mode is boring. I've fun with first 3 game but later is bored. The event mode should little less geist with completely random spawn like player spawn on the objective or FFA or TDM mode not spawn from the box.

Yeah I like the game mode but agree about it needing other maps, other weapons and all weapons should have the skin you have equipped even if they don't want the attachments. As for the vehicle changes they don't bother me, I'm already mastery 115 in the nightbird and most of that was a few seasons ago I prefer the others now. The draugr kerosene bombs actually didn't work properly the last time I used it only dealing damage on impact with no burn damage over time but now that it can repel that sad spawn camping stinger player I might try it again

12:16 ❤ I just hate how much Battlefield 2042 holds players hands Dice seriously need's to qiut nerfing weapon, vehicle's & equipment's explosive damage or otherwise in a shooter nonetheless & all primary shotguns chambered in #01 buckshot are ass & need tightening to there spread too about 64 meters before X-factor becomes wild & a higher effective damage range too about 75 meters before the damage range starts to drop off for each pellet of #01 buckshot & flechette.. sidearms should have the same damage value as they do in official DICE hardcore server's to balance gun fight encounter's with player's utilizing primary weapon's.. also BF3 vault weapon need red dot's & laser sights ("As i have been saying for quite some time now") & helmets don't stop rifle bullet's or full metal jacket magnum bullet's.. keep in mind that in the military Fmj's are standard issue ammunition... cut the dame umbilical cord already DICE i'm not a child. #Battlefield2042 #Hardcore #Mil-sim #OfficialEA #OfficialDICE

This whole event is a letdown. Any skin should work with any character. Actually, I should be able to make my own character at this point. The whole character and skin system was imported from COD.

Hello Cad-a-Roo-a Mundo-Head! Great Video as always. The SRAW is still such a POS! I've started palying BFV again. The legacy Battlefield are incredibly crappy. I feel like Dice lost so many artists and devs that they have students just out of school who are just learning the industry. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for the remaining veterans. It’s really hard to watch the game we love devolve into something like this.

Ngl night birds imo should be able to "swoop" in my books, while I don't want them to do insane minute maneuvers that can dodge well placed rockets, I do want them capable of making swooping speeds. Also that their Minigun can't outgun a AA light vehicles.
