Steam in the Valley 2018 with Nickel Plate Road 765 on September 30, 2018. In collaboration with the Mad River & NKP Museum, the 765 wore the whistle of scrapped sister locomotive NKP 760 to raise awareness of the Bring Back 757 Project.

Awesome video! You’re lucky you were able to get that final shot along Riverview. The cops were removing anyone filming/Parking along the road.

Bessemer & Lake Erie 902 we were able to park at a picnic area right across the tracks. We originally set up across the road by the tracks but then the police sped down the round with their loudspeaker and we moved. Would of made for an even better shot but oh well.

+Train Wizard Productions Yeah. This one Penninsula cop would follow the train and make sure that no one shot along riverview. You can see him yelling at cars through his loudspeaker at Boston Mill in my video

I noticed that the first 2 heavyweight cars behind the tool car are actually ex-NKP cars. I know that they're privately owned, but i really think they should be part of the FWRRHS' active roster for future 765 excursions.

kyle keltner they are owned by the Midwest Railway Preservation Society of Cleveland, OH which uses them for their own excursions.

Yeah but, it would be cool if they sold them to the FTWRRHS so 765 could use them on ferry runs and future excursions. Also I really wish the auxiliary tender had Nickel Plate Road lettering on it instead of being plain black.
