Steam Rises From Locomotive Radiators In Heavy Rain - Leetsdale, PA. Enjoy a railfan video from one of my favorite places as we experienced a lot of heavy rain in a short time. I had begun my evening of railfanning in beautiful weather awaiting the Monongahela heritage unit to arrive just as mother nature took a turn for the worst. As a result, it gave me a unique chance to railfan in the rain from the comfort of my car. Was really neat to see so much steam coming from some of the locomotives as they went by in the rain.
