Enjoy a steam train ride on June 16th and September 8th behind the Lehigh Valley Coal Co. 126. Built in 1931, this beautiful 0-6-0 tank engine is our guest at the Steam Railroading Institute for a Summer of Steam! Depart from the Institute on a ROUND TRIP hour-long experience; jam packed with both fun and adventure, plus don’t forget to visit our very happy Hobo Camp as a special guest! Experience the charm, songs and storytelling of a time gone by during this adventure. Those railroad ramblers will provide you your own hobo “Bindle” with a light snack to enjoy as you visit with those characters that roam the open rails. Sharing is the Hobo Way!
