As a meat eater I was watching your channel then went to your website and read about how your went vegan and I ended up watching the same Gary Yourofsky video and I just couldn’t eat meat anymore. Are you in my head? I made a similar pasta recently but with cauliflower instead of Broccoli. I do the mushroom just in toast for breakfast weekly and I was just formulating how I could do a crispy, sticky tofu with my home made blood orange marmalade and soy sauce and now you've shown me how! Also my fave color is green! This old lady is feeling pretty hip and cool today. Lol! Thanks Gaz and crew for the great content always!

Gaz what legendary dishes for your 2nd video of the year 2022! My favourite definitely is the creamy broccoli pasta as it looks unique and most importantly green is my FAVOURITE colour just like you. I hope this year we get the chance to grow some more homemade vegetables In our garden when summer arrives as it's easy and absolutely delicious to any meal!

I came here for the green pasta 😍 I knew it had some healthy vegetables in it, which I desire to eat more of. Such a clever way to add spinach ! I would also add avocado and use cream instead of milk and thicken it with with corn starch a bit and probably chop in a few tomatoes🥰😍 thank you for inspiring me! God bless you. Great channel too🙌🏾🔥
