1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (3g)
1/2 teaspoon Salt (2g)
1½ tablespoon baking powder (15g)
(mix ingredients)
2 egg large size
1¼ cup Milk (312ml)
1/2 teaspoon vinegar (2g)
1/2 tbsp chocolate color and flavor (6g)
1/2 cup cooking oil (size cup 125ml)

topping
1/2 cup condensed milk (125ml)
2 egg yolk
1¼ cup Milk (312ml)
1½ tablespoon cocoa powder (12g)
2 tablespoon cornstarch (16g)
1/4 teaspoon Salt (1g)
1/2 tbsp chocolate color and flavor (6g)
2 tablespoon butter or margarine (20g)

steam medium heat for 10 minutes after 10 minutes low heat for 15 minutes
