Steamed Pandan Bun
The pandan buns are so delicious, sweet and fluffy, not slumped or hard, the method is simple, you will see it at a glance!
Ingredients:
250g packet flour / all purpose flour
40 g sugar
130-140ml pandan juice (8 strips of pandan juice cut into small pieces + 140ml water, made into juice)
3 g instant yeast
15 ml cooking oil
Collection method: Steamed and warm to eat best. To store it for a longer period of time, let it cool down and freeze it directly in the freezer. Before eating, steam it until it softens .
