I really like the Drop into Pendulum step. I think this will be helpful in teach others how to do this. I think getting people to think in terms of Yin Yang (tension, relaxed) during the swing is helpful as well. I have doing 100 360s every morning before coffee and breakfast. Makes a nice quick start to the day.
Good timing on this. Just bought their arc. Love it. Quality made. Very personable when I talked to them on the phone. Looking forward to adding on their other products in the future.
After a lot of hesitation, this is the video that helped me make up my mind regarding mace work ! Especially liked the explanation on how mace "completes" kettlebell training - will be getting my first (adjustable) mace soon - thanks !
