The Steelcase Reply chair is an entry-level, rather cheap ergonomic chair. On the model that I test, there are very few adjustment possibilities: seat height, backrest angle, tilt resistance and height of the armrests.
If you work from home (WFH) or work in an office with a hotdesking policy / a coworking space, this chair may be well adapted... with a few limitations if you don't want to have low back pain or neck pain, though!
As you will see (again!), choosing the bets office chair is not always that simple...
One more thing that I didn't mention in the video: beware hard plastic armrests. They can cause nerve compression in the elbow (ulnar nerve entrapment).
