Bro i have a kia it's EPS when I turn little bit for the right side only at a certain angle the steering make unusual sound like something is grinding inside and when i complete turning it the sound disappears, What is the problem ?? Is it torque sensor!

VW Polo 9N 2003. Code was power steering sensor open or short to ground. Replaced steering sensor and a few weeks later the fault reappeared. What could cause this?

I read somewhere that too high an ampage battery will that stop the steering sensor working, I replaced my battery with a higher than rated ampage and now the steering angel sensor wont reset like it always has before. could this be the cause as it worked before I changed the battery and reset whenever the old one went flat. It seems strange that changing the battery should create this issue and unlikely there is anything wrong with the steering sensor if it worked fine until the battery went flat for the umpteenth time. This is the second battery and the first one of the same ampage didn't cause a problem. The car is a Mercedes E430 estate 2001.

I came across your video very beautiful, I changed the steering angle sensor which I believed it's same as clock spring, have changing it the wheel begin to vibrate and the car will stall and becomes normal again, and vibrate again and becomes normal again while moving, it wasn't like that until I changed the clock spring, what do you think is it the clock spring that I put in that is faulty or the voltage is high, I scanned the car and it came up with p0443, which is nothing of the issue, what is your professional advice pls sir.

can this sensor make noise when you steering , like a coil noise , or a current noise?
