Stellaris' soundtrack is just so awesome, it really gives you this feeling of wonder, of a universe that wants to be discovered.

Stellaris is one of the few entire game soundtracks I love, bought it within 2 hours of playing. Truly phenomenal.

One of the iconic Sci-fi scores of this decade. Evocative of the genre but distinctively doing their own thing.

When I play Stellaris, I always have music volume cranked up. The music is a big part of the experience when playing it, and still is after over 600 hours.

YES YES YES!!! I've wanted something like this for a long time now!! I'm a huge fan of Waldetoft's work and to listen to these magnificent pieces over and over and lean back and enjoy them...you've no idea how much I've ached to put music to words, pictures, movement... Thank you so much for this. Might not seem like much to some but a thing like this just sets my heart ablaze. This OST just moves someone so much and just fills you with such a sense of wonderment and curiosity, fear and bravery at the same time. Music can do such strange things to the mind.

I so much love this song since I found it...but I never found a live performance. How come this one exists since 3 years and I never got to see it? Oh, life, oh, life... Well, what can I say, this piece is an amazing poem about the greatness of universe, and about the journey of life to explore it and discover its marvels. Creation and Beyond remains one of my favorite scifi pieces - and orchestral pieces - of all time. I've been playing Stellaris since 2018, and this track STILL gives me chills, every time it comes up; and in the main title themes of every single major DLC. It is magnificent, and speaks of the magnificence and wonder of space - in the end, what Stellaris is all about. I had no idea you had a youtube channel, but I'm delighted to find out!

Among the 4X and strategy game soundtracks and intros, this and Christopher Tin's Sogno di Volare are among the finest pieces of music I know. Both can be used as the calling cards for their games, as they evoke things about the games.

I watch this on a regular basis, especially when feeling exceptionally down, to remind myself that humanity is capable of extraordinary things when we put aside our differences and greed. By the end I am usually ready to burst out the door of my tiny flat and sign up with the Greater Terran Union Navy and travel the galaxy in search of wonders, like a starry-eyed child seeing a true dark sky for the first time in his life.

A "real" orchestra! And I was always surprised how well you can do that with synthesizers and samples ... Wonderful and atmospheric music! Even if I don't like all games, the sound is great. That makes up half the atmosphere and immersion when the epic works of PDX run on my PC. I'm looking forward to the new tracks for HOI4 La Rèsistance and of course Cusader Kings III ...

Truth is, I don't play the game that often... but I have been studying for aerospace engineering and just got the news that I got accepted into a master's degree in aerospace engineering in college and this is the main music that's been in my head in the past couple of months as I've been studying. It is inspiring and I hope it helps me focus on this new challenge. Thank you, Andreas.

While I love the whole composition, and the entire soundtrack in general, the part beginning at 5:20 through to 6:00 absolutely sums up the wonder and excitement that I feel the game tries to encapsulate. Absolutely one of my favourite compositions from anything!

Stellaris is in my opinion, the best 4X game i've ever played. And this game's soundtrack is a MAJOR contributor as to why I love it as much as I do
