soap is nt good for pimples...n before applying cetaphil..it is nt necassary to use soap. Good luck try it...n feel the miracle..i cleared ma skin hope you do too

prince kyle castro apply water first. Then apply cetaphil and rub for 30 sec. after that you can now wash your face. Do that in a week or a month your face will change i tell you.

@@morakot9436 umm. Didn’t work for me. I took a breaks from it after I used it for about 2 months. And when I used it again not even a day later I got 2 pimples. For me it didn’t work but it could help others. I’m not trying out Curology

I’ve been using cetaphil for maybe a month and a couple days and my old pimples are getting smaller but new pimples keep developing is this okay? But my skin has gotten smooth and soft. I follow the instructions on this video and gently cleanse my face btw im using the gentle skin cleanser.

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser isn't great for acne. The one and only cleaning agent in the product is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, a highly comedongenic surfactant. Meaning it clogs pores in fact it's rated at a level five on the scale for causing block pores and a level four for irritation. Very few cleaning products use this agent anymore .

Might be good for other. I bought a litre pack hoping it would be good for my skin. After using three days it started showing results. Made my skin red, itchy and dry. I had to take anti allergy pills. A big no for me.
