This Step Aerobics exercise workout consist of easy combinations that will not leave you dizzy and fluster because you couldn't get the moves. Step away from the rat race of rapid stepping which can lead to greater risk of injury than if you just took your time and kept your technique right. In this workout you will do basis right and left, vsteps, repeaters, turnsteps, across the top, L steps and move. These will be blended together to make safe, easy and effective combinations and help you to burn fat, calories and lose weight.
It is recommended to do cardio exercises for at least 20 minutes a day and to do strength training at least one day a week, but 2 days a week would be better with at least 48 hours of rest in between each session.
