Actually, the vibrator is being dropped into the concrete under it's own weight, and not being dragged horizontally through the concrete which is what causes the problems of mortar channels, etc. The beam ends seem to be bonded to the structure with the continuous vertical rebar which protrudes from the supportive poured columns. My only concern is the coverage of the rebar as I don't see the chairs or cones which would maintain minimum required clearance from the exterior surface of the concrete to the rebar normally three inches.

Beams are casted on masonary work without bottom shutter...which is not a proper structural work.. a structural member such as beam should be casted independently.. brickwork in structural building not for carrying load.
