Step-By-Step Guide: Replacing the Steering Servo in Your Arrma 3s BLX RC Vehicle
Welcome to this step-by-step guide on replacing the steering servo in your Arrma 3s BLX RC vehicle! In this video, I'll walk you through the entire process, making it easy for anyone looking for information on how to change their servo. To complete this task, you'll need a 2mm hex screwdriver, Loctite to set the screw in the servo, a charged battery, and remember to set your transmitter steering rate to zero.
If you're interested in picking up the same servo I'm using in this tutorial, you can find it here: www.ebay.co.uk....
I'm always here to help, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment below, and I'll do my best to get back to you. A massive thank you to each and every one of you for watching my videos - your support means the world to me! Stay safe, and happy RC-ing!
Best regards,
ChriswithaC RC

I'm thinking I've gotta cut the spring inside 😔 I can't get this spring to compress again and get everything put back together. I'm working with an avox 25 tooth I believe up from 22 that came with the truck. I see a lot of red servo saver boxes, but no black one's? I'm serious! The spring does not want to go back in like other videos show, otherwise this would be quite easy.. need 3 hands and my fingers to stop cramping. Probably gonna ruin it, but I wish I'd never took it apart now I've got to cut the spring. I'll wait for the day, help?

Hey buddy , sorry for the late reply I’ve been working on going through the comments . Right your now fitting a savox 25 tooth ? I would recommend getting the red servo saver to be honest with you or another idea would be this , ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Pf2pDAWsmqk.htmlsi=NDhzm-n_NSrghGf2 I did a video on the outcast on how to improve the sloppy steering using a Kimbourgh servo saver . Very easy to do and has held up great so far . As far as putting the stock spring back in roughly put it all back together and then tighten on servo and the screw will turn the spring in worked for me . Hope this helped Stay awesome Chris 🤙💪🚀👊👍🤩

@@ChriswithaCrc oh man that was exactly what video I needed, but I will tell ya that I was able to get that spring in not just once but 3 different times. And I'm pretty sure that the leaning mine is starting to do is due to not being tightened down in place completely. See the servo I have is an avox 30 kg. And it comes with these rubber shims and collar metal tubes that go down through the centers of the shims, but I will say that is a far easier way to access the servo than I was using!!! Man I was getting very frustrated ☺️ okay and by leaning I mean it will when car is turned on steering my start out alignment straight then one hard turn either way and it will get stuck in that line till a hard turn is done the opposite direction. It will vary from 2 degrees or so all the ways up to 5 or more, and was very discouraging because it has been just too much work for a nill result. But I'll tell you there's nothing wrong with the servo. Seems to be high end, and now that I know about this other (ss) servo saver piece I might look into that but also see if it's those 4 mounts that just aren't holding because a small shift there may mean a big affect on my alignment. Thankful for your reply 👍🏻
